We offer a variety of services to Start-up companies and other entrepreneurial ventures.  In the beginning it is extremely critical to build a solid foundation.  Our approach not only helps you file the appropriate forms with the various agencies, but we include some much needed consulting services to ensure you get off on the right foot.  Our services for new ventures, new entities, product / services launches, franchises and start-ups is as follows:

Start-up Launch

  • Complete and file the Articles of Incorporation (Inc.) or Articles of Organization (LLC)
  • Expedite your paperwork for faster implementation
  • Obtain your EIN (employer identification number)
  • Publish your articles with an approved notification vendor
  • Set-up a meeting with your own personal banker
  • QuickBooks / PeachTree setup
  • Three hours of private, personal consulting
  • Advisory Board discussion
  • FEE: $500, includes ALL filing fees

 

Franchise Candidates

  • Review of your franchise agreement / FDD
  • Assistance with franchisor discussions
  • Training services in the areas of marketing, sales and operations
  • Quickbooks / PeachTree setup
  • FEE: $750 for first ten hours.  $50/hour thereafter

Bookkeeping Services

  • $50/hour for routine services
  • $75/hour for unique situations requiring more advanced expertise

Additional Services

  • Graphic Design services (print, website, other) FEE: $100/hour
  • Public Relations PR, FEE: $80/hour
